Tuition and Fees

The 2011 - 2012 academic school year tuition schedule is:

Sibling Discount

• A discount of 10% on tuition only is granted for the 2nd child enrolled and 15% for 3 and above.
•  Discounts do not apply to scholarship students or employee tuition assistance.

Fees:

A. Application Processing Fee: $35 per family, payable upon submission of this Enrollment Agreement. This fee is non-refundable.

B. Registration Fee: $400 New In-Coming Students ($300 per Returning Sudents during early registration period), $300 Part-Time Students ($200 per Returning Students during early registration period), non-refundable fee, payable upon submission of Preschool Registration Form, Elementary Registration Form or this Enrollment Agreement. This fee is applicable for all Students. This includes all activities and supplies (art and snack, text books). It excludes all optional activities such as pizza days, hot lunch, field-trips, extra-curricular classes and/or camps, which will be billed separately.

C. Fair Share Program Fee: Volunteer the equivalent fair share hours as described in the Student/Parent Handbook; or alternately, pay a non-refundable fee of $200 per family.

D. Default Fees:

1) Late Payment Fee of $25, if we fail to make any payment under the terms of this Enrollment Agreement on or before the day the money is due;

2) Return Fee of $35, if any check, draft or ACH item is return to the School for non-sufficient funds; and

 

Payment Plans

 

Enrollment is confirmed after Language Academy Inc. receives completed registration form, signed Enrollment Agreement and all paid applicable fees.

Plan A:	5% discount on tuition paid in full by check, cash, or money order, 2% discount on tuition paid with Credit Card.*	1 payment due on or before April 30 - (or at time of enrollment for new students).
Plan B:	30/30/30* 3% Discount - not valid with CC payments Academy, Inc.*	10% due upon registration, 30% due date May 31, 30% due date September 31, and the remaining 30% due date January 31.
Plan C:	Monthly Installments* No Discount	10% due upon signing contract and the balance payable in 9 monthly installments due the last day of every month from July 31 to March 31.

*A non-refundable annual processing fee of $35 per family will apply and must be submitted with Language Academy, Inc. Registration Form.

Tuition Assistance

Tuition Assistance applications are available upon request. All applications will be reviewed annually by the Director and other school personnel in order to determine distribution of available funds.
